  Soprano Julie Makerov, who appears on the COC mainstage in the title role of Tosca, and pianist Anne Larlee present a musical exploration of love in its many guises: infatuation, obsession, heartbreak and ecstasy. This concert is part of the Canadian Opera Company’s Free Concert Series in the Richard Bradshaw Amphitheatre. The series provides a unique opportunity to experience diverse artistic programming in what has become one of Toronto’s most exciting cultural hubs. All performances are FREE to the public.

  Experience the magic of the “Romance of the Rails”. Come and see this vast miniature world, one of Toronto ’s truly unique and hidden treasures!! Sleek passenger trains zoom between the cities. Long, heavy freight trains rumble along. Both the classic steam engine or the "new" diesel are in use. Watch the action as new trains are assembled down in the freight yards. Dozen of trains can be seen in motion on the nearly 5000 feet of track traversing the huge fully landscaped display. Having begun in 1938, the Model Railroad Club of Toronto proudly continues it's tradition of entertaining thousands of visitors at the annual shows. There is something to see and enjoy for everyone from ages 4 to 94!
