Here is a list of good job boards for Toronto and GTA. Some are aggragators listing jobs from other major sites. There are some that target only Toronto and a couple that focus on certain market segments like media or journalism. Note, I have not listed any agency sites.

indeed.com- An aggregator of job boards like workapolis and monster board.
simplyhired.ca – An aggregator of job boards.
aol.careerbuilder.ca – It has an excellent newsletter alerting you to new suitable positions.
workingdirectory.ca - specializes in jobs in Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
mediajobsearchcanada.com – The best site for media professionals.
jeffgaulin.com – Top site for journalists
jobshark.com – They are one of the earliest job boards in Toronto but they didn’t market themselves heavily.
AllAboutTO – An aggregator. I definitely wouldn’t rank it above the sites that I have listed but it is worth checking.
Dice.com – you have to type in Toronto in the location box.
